Get fitted for your tux (or buy a tuxedo online).
Purchase tickets for the prom.

2 WEEKS BEFORE PROM
Have discussion with date to make sure all plans have been made.
Call florist and order your dates' corsage or flowers.
A haircut wouldn't hurt.
Confirm limo and dinner reservations.
Make sure the guys in your group will have necessary funds for shared expenses.
2 DAYS BEFORE PROM
Call your date to arrange a pick up time.
Pick up your tuxedo (Make sure it fits right).
PROM DAY
